Open Mobile will initially use the service to provision pay-in-advance billing notices and customer assistance for renewal of lifeline service, as well as branding and loyalty programs.
A full rollout over the entire Open Mobile network is expected to take place this summer and will deliver customer-oriented alerts and reminders including personalized feature activations, public service announcements, data usage and roaming notifications, and useful information to help subscribers save money and keep their account status up-to-date.
