AUSTIN, Texas—January 10, 2011—Cenoplex™, the company that is transforming customer care for wireless operators by harnessing the gap between call placement and connection, today announced that it has appointed Paul Wilcock to a seat on its advisory board.
Paul is a seasoned telecommunications executive with more than 35 years of experience and currently he serves as CEO and COO of GuardianLion Wireless.
