Tom is a business leader with an entrepreneurial vision that creates thriving companies and communities. His forward thinking and business savvy led him to invest early on in Cenoplex’s game-changing potential and join the board of directors as a founding member.
Tom’s legacy of success began with the Belson Company, where he expanded the product lines and exponentially grew the corporation through strategic acquisitions. His purchase of Bremen and Tetek, a janitorial product line, became a springboard in positioning Belson as one of the country’s foremost full-service package suppliers. Tom currently serves at Belson’s chairman of the board of directors, and after a series of personal investments including Wisconsin Film & Bag he turned his entrepreneurial energy toward backing talented start-ups.
Throughout every venture, Tom continues to maintain an unflagging commitment to community service. His most notable contributions include guiding charitable organizations including the YMCA, Catholic High School Foundation, Optimist Club and American Cancer Society. For his outstanding service as president of the Green Bay Boys and Girls Club, he received the national organization’s Gold Medallion Award.
